Ian Tayler   Director

Ian is the BBGI Director representative on the Board.  He is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a wealth of corporate and operational experience of delivering and managing public sector contracts for both Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) schemes across several different sectors.

Bernadette Conroy

Bernadette Conroy   Local public Sector Director

Bernadette brings nearly 20 years of experience working at an executive level within the Financial Services Sector and more recently at a non-executive level in the housing and regeneration, health and education arenas, including seven years as a Non-Executive Director within the NHS. With a wealth of experience working across the public and private sector, Bernadette’s unique background combines property management and development, finance, healthcare and education.

Alongside her in-depth knowledge of financial and risk management, Bernadette has a comprehensive understanding of the property and urban regeneration sector and healthcare commissioning landscape.

Georgi Shopov   Director

Georgi is the second BBGI Director representative on the Board.  In his current role in BBGI, he is part of the business' valuation, asset acquisitions and asset management teams.

Prior to joining BBGI, he graduated as a Masters in Finance from London Business School and began his career in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) schemes in 2011 in a financial modelling capacity for advisory businesses  working on  a multitude of transactions in the PPP/PFI sectors.

Phillipa Robinson   Director

Philippa Robinson is the Regional Director - London for CHP 
Philippa has worked in senior roles within both the public and private sectors as a Turnaround and Transformation Director, latterly within healthcare over the past 12 years. She brings a wealth of experience within performance, finance, procurement and IT enabled change programmes. 
Prior to working in the public sector, she worked in Venture Capital and has been a team leader for implementing a number of world-wide systems for an international shipping company.
She is currently focussed on ensuring the LIFT estate is core to the NHS Integrated Care Boards in London by fully optimising the use of the buildings. The ultimate goal being delivery of high quality integrated care and community services within the estate which the community recognises as belonging to them and for them.
