North London Estate Partnerships is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) made up of 40% Public Sector Shareholding (Community Health Partnerships) and 60% Private Sector Shareholding; (BBGI).

To date we have invested in excess of £53m in the local community delivering five new health facilities and 22,856sqm of modern fit for purpose accommodation. We work in partnership with local GPs, Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS England, NHS Trusts, NHS Property Services/Community Health Partnership/NewCo to help maximise their estate value and performance. We provide a range of tailored expert strategic advice and guidance, that deliver sustainable value for your short and long term goals, working with and supporting North Central London's Sustainability Transformation Plan (STP), utilising our specialist knowledge in healthcare premises provision to provide tailored arrangements for our clients.

We work alongside our client managing the full cycle of works from developing the brief and requirements, through feasibility and design, to project completion. Providing a range of property development services across various sectors including; health, social care, education, intermediate care and commercial.
